These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wen388 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the wen388 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at wen388.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or sub-domains operated by us.

By creating a wen388 account, making a deposit, accepting any bonus or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Proof of age may be required as part of the KYC process.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration. To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency.

4.2 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). wen388 is required to verify the identity and age of its users. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., national identity card, passport, driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement — not more than three months old);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement header).

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions Pending KYC. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. wen388 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where verification documents have not been provided or are deemed insufficient.

4.5 Account Information Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. If any registered detail changes — including your email address or payment method details — you must update your Account promptly. wen388 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

5.1 The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating a gambling business, acting as an agent for third parties, or systematically exploiting the Platform for financial gain beyond fair recreational play.

5.2 You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

5.3 Access to the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. wen388 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses resulting from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical failures or third-party service interruptions.

5.4 wen388 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform or any part thereof at any time and for any reason, including for technical maintenance, regulatory compliance or suspected breach of these Terms.

6.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods currently listed in the Platform cashier. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and processing times are displayed in the cashier and may change without prior notice. Pakistani players should verify current options — which may include local payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — directly in the cashier at the time of deposit.

6.2 Currency. The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Deposits in other currencies may be subject to conversion at rates determined by the Operator or its payment processors.

6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; (c) minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds as displayed in the cashier; and (d) compliance with these Terms in full.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing. wen388 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly upon verification. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completeness of your KYC documentation. 6.5 Return of Funds. In the event that a deposit is credited to your Account in error, wen388 reserves the right to reclaim those funds at any time. You must not wager erroneously credited funds and must notify support immediately upon becoming aware of any credit you believe to be incorrect.

7.1 General. wen388 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, maximum bet during bonus play, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where no specific terms are published, a default wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount applies.

7.3 Maximum Bet Rule. While bonus funds are active in your Account, you must not place a single bet or spin exceeding the maximum stake specified in the promotion terms (or, where not specified, PKR 500 per bet/spin). Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and free spins expire as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any unmet wagering requirements will be removed from your Account automatically without compensation.

7.5 Abuse and Fraud. wen388 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using third-party funds; coordinated play with other users to manipulate wagering; or any other pattern consistent with exploiting promotional terms. Where abuse is identified, wen388 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings and close the Account.

7.6 Right to Withdraw Offers. wen388 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Active bonuses already credited to an Account at the time of withdrawal will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of credit.

8.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the wen388 sportsbook are subject to the Platform's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing under studio conditions. RTP figures are published for casino games where available.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, wen388 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your Account Balance.

8.3 Cricket & Sports Betting. Odds on Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, football, UFC and esports are provided for informational and betting purposes only. wen388 makes no claim to any endorsement by or affiliation with any cricket board, sports league or tournament organiser. Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time.

8.4 Obvious Errors. wen388 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds or game parameters that were clearly published in error. Examples include odds of zero, negative odds, or odds that are materially inconsistent with market rates at the relevant time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wen388 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• Using the Account of another person or allowing a third party to use your Account;
• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities knowingly for financial gain;
• Placing bets to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit arbitrage opportunities in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against wen388;
• Any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation or the experience of other users.

10.1 Suspension. wen388 may suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, regulatory concern, fraud investigation, or for account security purposes. During a suspension, you may not place bets, make deposits or request withdrawals.

10.2 Closure by wen388. wen388 reserves the right to permanently close your Account for material breach of these Terms, abusive conduct toward staff or other users, confirmed fraud, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, wen388 will endeavour to return any legitimate Account Balance (after deducting bonus funds and any amounts related to the breach) within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

10.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. If you wish to close for responsible gambling reasons, we will action the closure immediately without requiring a cooling-off period. Where you request closure for non-responsible-gambling reasons, a standard processing period applies.

10.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months will be considered dormant. wen388 may apply a reasonable monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any such fee is applied. Reactivation is possible by logging in and passing any applicable re-verification.

11.1 wen388 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of self-management tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications and self-exclusion options (temporary and permanent).

11.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform, contact the support team or use the self-exclusion feature in your Account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be eligible to receive marketing communications or promotional offers.

11.3 Limit Increases. Requests to increase existing deposit or loss limits will be subject to a mandatory reflection period before taking effect. Requests to reduce existing limits take effect immediately.

11.4 Age Verification. wen388 will verify age as part of the KYC process. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be restricted from play and withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

12.1 All content on the wen388 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, database structures, audio and visual elements — is owned by or licensed to wen388 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.

12.3 The wen388 name, logo and associated marks are the property of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wen388 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity; (c) damages arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.

13.2 wen388 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own device.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit wen388's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13.4 Where wen388's liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.1 wen388 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14.2 By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

14.3 You have the right to access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data by contacting the support team. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and may be subject to verification requirements.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed. The Platform does not claim to be licensed by any Pakistani authority and does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

15.3 Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related legislation may apply to their use of the Platform. wen388 does not provide legal advice, and users should seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about their legal position.

16.1 wen388 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

16.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — wen388 will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an on-screen notification prior to the effective date of the change.

16.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
